Kathy McCollum- President/CEO
Kathy joined Wesley Glen Ministries in August 2015 after completing a career at AT&T where she most recently served as Director of Construction and Engineering, Georgia District, overseeing 500 employees, complying with state and federal regulations and managing multi-million dollar budgets. As a member of the LaGrange College Board of Trustees, Leadership Council and Alumni Association, and as a volunteer at churches in Augusta and Macon, she participated in fundraising campaigns, soliciting pledges and gifts for annual giving and capital campaigns. She is currently enrolled in a Philanthropy and Development master’s degree program at LaGrange College. She and her husband David are active members of Riverside United Methodist Church in Macon.

John Irwin - Chaplain/Director of Development
John is an ordained United Methodist minister under appointment by the Bishop to serve as Chaplain and Director of Development at Wesley Glen. John has been in his position since June 2001. He served churches in Macon, Savannah and Tennille before coming to Wesley Glen. John is a graduate of Young Harris College, Georgia Southern, and Candler School of Theology. He is married with two grown daughters and three stupendously wonderful grandchildren.

Melanie Parsons - Director of Admissions and Assistant to Director of Development
Melanie joined Wesley Glen Ministries in 2009. She received her BBA in Banking and Finance from the University of Georgia and has had 22 years experience in public utility customer service, sales, accounting, and marketing. She spent 5 years with the public school systems in Alabama and Florida as a substitute teacher and special education para-pro. Melanie is an active member of Forest Hills United Methodist Church. She is married and has 2 grown daughters.

Amy Reagan - Director of Day Services 
Amy Reagan is the Program Director for CORNERSTONE at Wesley Glen Ministries in Macon, GA. Amy joined WGM as the Activities Coordinator in January 2004 and became the Program Director of CORNERSTONE at WGM in October 2012. In that capacity she oversees the Program staff and is responsible for Program implementation, responding to Client needs, developing curriculum, and interacting with other state and local support coordinators.  Amy has worked for over 20 years in a teaching capacity for individuals of all ages.

Mike Dickson - Director of Life Skills Center and Safety, Director of Maintenance and Housekeeping 
Mike has been employed with Wesley Glen Ministries since April of 2008 and has an Associates Degree and over 28 years in the Maintenance field. His current position includes Director of Life Skills Center and Safety and Director of Maintenance and Housekeeping. He co-coordinates the Wesley Glen Ministries Fish Fry/Gospel Praise as well as coordinating several fundraising events throughout the year. He has been married for 27 years to his wife Eleanor. They have 2 children and one grandchild. He is a volunteer with the Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts in Middle Georgia.

Stella Ideozu - Program Coordinator for St. Marys Home
Stella provides general oversight for our St. Mary’s home and is responsible for recruiting, hiring, and training of staff. She has been with Wesley Glen since 2004. Stella has her two year degree in Computer Accounting Specialist. She is a Certified CPR/First Aid/AED Instructor with the American Red Cross. She has her Certified Professional Occupancy (CPO) with NAHMA. She is a Certified Loan Organization Officer with Kbee Financial Services , Inc. She also has the responsibility of presenting the ministry of Wesley Glen to the greater St. Marys, Kingsland, Camden County area, Glenn County, and Chatham County. Her background has been one of continued growth and responsibility: from clerk to assistant manager of a deli, substitute teacher, personal care assistant working especially with persons with limited mobility, group home manager, currently the Property Manager for HUD housing and now program coordinator.

Elizabeth Hardin-Waits- Developmental Disabilities Professional
Elizabeth is thrilled to be a part of the team at Wesley Glen Ministries as she approaches her 18th year in her nursing career. Elizabeth began her career as an Oncology nurse at Phoebe Putney Hospital in Albany, Georgia. After receiving a BSN degree from Georgia Southwestern State University, she began travel nursing. Through this opportunity, Elizabeth gained experience in a variety of nursing fields throughout the country. This experience lead to a position as the Melanoma Research Nurse at NYU Cancer Center in New York. Upon return to the Middle Georgia area, Elizabeth has worked as a Long-term Acute Care Nurse, in a physician's office, and for All Care home care. She is married, has two sons, and is an active member at First United Methodist Church in Warner Robins, GA.
